Once your claim is concluded and you have been offered an undertaking, the Fund  staff will occasionally make follow ups, to ensure you are receiving your benefits and ensure your welfare is taken care of.

High risk claims are given highest priority.

Medical Claimants: Prior to seeking any any medical assistance, the claimant must contact any MVA Fund Office to prepare a treatment authorization letter to the service provider and to get clarification and advise on related matters.

Loss of Income Claimants : Claimants who have been offered loss of income benefits will be followed up annually prior to benefits being paid and they maybe subjected to medical assessment to establish the level of incapacitation.

Loss of Support Claimants: The Fund investigates dependents of people who lose their lives in the road crashes to assist them to lodge Loss of Support Claims. Those who are offered loss of support benefits will be followed up annually.
