Meet Ms. Ajangale Karkari, our Senior Manager – Customer Service who joined the MVA FUND on April 1st, 2021.

A highly skilled, versatile, competent, self-motivated and customer focused individual with a great passion for customer service. Karkari has a Btech Degree in Human Resources (HR) from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and an MBA in Marketing Strategy from The Cyprus Institute of Marketing.

She also has over 15 years’ experience in customer services spanning in different industries being tele-communications, property development, retail, logistics & courier

Before joining the MVA Fund, Karkari was working for DHL Express Botswana as Head of Customer Services, her role was to design, develop and execute customer service initiatives and strategies that would ensure service excellence and best-in-class service delivered to DHL customers.
