Ms. Mpule Ditirwa is a professional nurse who has amassed a wealth of experience within the health care sector during a career spanning over 30 years.

Before joining the Fund, she was a Lecturer at the Institute of Health Sciences where she was responsible for imparting clinical knowledge and skills on aspiring health care professionals. It is a job that she is still reputed for by multitudes of graduates and professionals to date, unanimously being described as a passionate teacher and carer.

Ms. Ditirwa is a holder of an MSc Nursing degree from the University of Sydney, Australia, and has specialized in Critical Care Nursing. She is also a holder of the Executive Development Programme (EDP) and Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) from the University of Stellenbosch (Cape Town).

She serves as the Fund’s General Manager, Customer Services. She is responsible for managing Divisional resources towards the achievement of the organizational strategic initiatives. She is responsible for the Fund’s operations. The position deputizes for the CEO.
