Senior Manager-Injury Prevention

Mompati Bontsibokae joined the MVA Fund on the 1st December 2008 as Chief Injury Prevention Officer. He has a wealth of experience in the traffic safety management and policing from Botswana Police Service where he worked for 15 years in the Traffic Division. He holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Road Traffic and Municipal Police Management, and Diploma in Road Traffic and Municipal Police Management from Tshwane University of Technology in RSA.

He is a trained Accident Investigator and Reconstructionist with the Northwestern University Center For Public Safety, Illinois, USA. Furthermore, he underwent a number of management courses such as Management Development Programme with the University Of Stellenbosch Business School, Finance for Non-Finance Managers, Project Management, Quality Management Systems, and Leadership Breakthroughs. He is a certified Change Management Practitioner with Prosci.
