Mr Thabo Morotsi holds a Masters of Science (MSc)in Leadership and Change Management from the Leeds Metropolitan University (London), a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Botswana, Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) from the Insurance Institute of Southern Africa (IISA- RSA), Management Development Programme (MDP) from the University of Stellenbosch (RSA).

Mr Morotsi is a chartered Public Relations Practitioner(CPRP) with the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA)He also underwent numerous professional courses in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations. Before joining the Fund, he worked for Organizations such as Gaborone City Council, Kweneng Land Board and Letshego Holdings.
