Tshepiso J Mmoloke joined MVA Fund in August 2013 as a Management Accountant. In 2015, he was transferred to Investment Department as a Senior Investments Officer where he rose through the ranks to become Senior Manager, Investment and later Acting Chief, Investment Officer. Mr Mmoloke was transferred to head the Finance and Administration Department in August 2020 where his job involves financial management, Monthly Reporting, Budget and Cost management, Procurement, Outsourced Services, Insurance, Fleet Management as well as Statutory Audit.

Mr. Mmoloke is a Chartered Accountant armed with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana (UB), Fellow member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA), Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), (Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level 11 candidate and, also a Certified KPI Professional.

Before joining the Fund, Mr. Mmoloke worked as an auditor for two of the big four audit firms.
