Senior Manager-Human Capital

Poppy Charity Sechele is the Senior Manager -Human Capital . She was appointed to this position in February 2009 after acquiring extensive experience in Customer Services, Administration, Public Education and Public Relations. Ms Sechele obtained both her Bachelor of Business Administration – Management and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Botswana.

She pursued both Management and Senior Management Development Programmes offered by the University of Stellenbosch Business School. In addition, she pursued the Leadership Development Programme offered by the Center for Creative Leadership in conjunction with University of Stellenbosch Business School. Ms Sechele serves in the Board Human Resources Committee of Botswana Qualifications Authority and also in the BR Properties Board.
